Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential, with legal exceptions.

Communication

We maintain professional boundaries in all forms of communication.

Therapeutic Process

Progress depends on your active participation and commitment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule:

24-Hour Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

Late Cancellation

Less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost

No-Show

Failure to attend without notice will result in full session fee

Emergencies

Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
