Vocational & Psychometric Assessments
Vocational/career assessments
Vocational/career assessments are evidence-based tools, including psychometric tests, used to help understand your strengths, personality, interests, and aptitudes in relation to career paths.
These assessments are designed to guide you toward a fulfilling career by matching personal attributes with suitable industries and roles.

Other Assessments
Interest Inventories (RIASEC)
- Strong Interest Inventory: A "gold standard" in career planning, it matches personal interests with careers others with similar interests find satisfying.
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): Identifies personality types to help understand communication, leadership, and work styles.
- Big Five Personality Test: Measures openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.
- Keirsey Temperament Sorter: Explores personality in relation to teamwork, leadership, and career roles.
- Transferable Skills Analysis: An assessment that identifies skills learned in one context (e.g., past job, school) that can be applied to new, different roles.
Vocational Assessment

Psychometric assessments attract an additional fee, depending on which one is suitable for your unique circumstance.

Career counselling is a structured, supportive process that helps you understand your strengths, interests, skills, and values so you can make informed decisions about study, training, and work pathways. It includes career conversations, assessments, SMART goal-setting, practical planning, and executive coaching.

I work with:
- Secondary school students (Years 7-12)
- Young adults and career starters

Career counselling focuses specifically on education, training, and employment pathways. Our work is strengths-based, practical, and future-focused, designed to help you gain clarity, confidence and direction.

Absolutely. Whether you're returning to work, seeking a new direction, or reassessing your career goals, I provide practical and personalised support for every stage of your journey.
9. How long does a career counselling session go for?
Sessions generally run for 50 minutes, depending on the service. Assessment-based packages may include longer sessions or a series of appointments to ensure thorough, personalised guidance. During your initial 'Getting to Know You' session, we'll explore your goals, strengths, and needs, allowing us to recommend the number and type of sessions that will best support your individual pathway. You may only need one session to get you on the right path, however, if coaching is required, this may take up to six sessions.
10. Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Many clients benefit from ongoing guidance throughout transitions such as Year 12, identifying career options that meet your unique strengths, or planning study pathways. I tailor ongoing support to your needs.
