Sessions generally run for 60 minutes, depending on the service. Assessment-based packages may include longer sessions or a series of appointments to ensure thorough, personalised guidance. During your initial 'Getting to Know You' session, we'll explore your goals, strengths, and needs, allowing us to recommend the number and type of sessions that will best support your individual pathway. You may only need one session to get you on the right path, however, if coaching is required, this may take up to six sessions.
